The Challenge
As Tribu evolved, the team realized that their communication strategy was misaligned with their value proposition. Initially a precision marketing agency, Tribu found that clients were more interested in their data analysis and insight generation capabilities. To address this shift, Tribu needed to realign their messaging to reflect their new identity as an insight data factory, focusing on helping managers understand their products, audiences, and competitive positioning.
The Dandy approach
Working closely with the Tribu team, we undertook a comprehensive overhaul that included UX/UI design, brand development, and content optimization. We introduced the new brand concept: ‘Tribu: Data with Purpose,’ which aligned their communication with their current focus. We also revised and optimized website content, applying SEO best practices for improved online visibility. Additionally, we created a visual identity that was consistent with the company’s image. This meticulous approach ensured Tribu effectively communicated their expertise in data and content, aligning with their vision and mission in the global marketplace.
