The Challenge
Telecentro needed to introduce an innovative product to the market—a voice remote control that could access favorite channels and applications using voice commands. As a forward-thinking family business, Telecentro was quick to seize this opportunity and needed a campaign to match the revolutionary nature of the product.
The Dandy Approach
To tackle this challenge, we developed the campaign “We Talk to Our TVs,” a significant upgrade in Telecentro’s communication strategy. Our goal was to enhance both the product’s launch and its communication style.
The campaign centered on the insight, “Why do we talk to our TVs?” and included a TV spot as well as a tailored digital media version. Within the first month, the digital ad soared into the top 10 most-viewed videos on YouTube, surpassing expectations and garnering praise from the platform’s own team.
In addition to the TV and digital spots, we produced graphic materials for outdoor advertising, print ads for newspapers and magazines, a radio spot, and comprehensive digital marketing content. This multifaceted approach successfully highlighted Telecentro’s groundbreaking voice remote control service and reinforced its position as an industry innovator.
